We want you to be completely satisfied with the prints that you receive from us.
We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason.
You may return or exchange your prints within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The item must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange your item. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned purchase, and then charged for the replacement or refund. Be sure to include the item name, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, jewellery must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment.

3. Please return in smiliar packaging as was received, with a copy of the invoice.
4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. You may return or exchange for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase.
6. Once received, it will be processed with 10 business days. Moose Lumps will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
7. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
